The NuMicro M029G MCU series features an Arm Cortex-M0 core with a 32-bit hardware divider, operating at a clock frequency of 48MHz. It includes 32KB of Flash memory and 2KB of RAM, supports voltage levels ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V, and provides 5V I/O tolerance. Designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, it is well-suited for a wide range of operational environments.

• Built-in Temperature Sensor: ±1.6°C accuracy from 0°C to 70°C; ±2°C accuracy from -40°C to 105°C.
• Compact Package: QFN24 3×3mm.
• Built-in I²C Interfaces: 2 sets of I²C slave interfaces with pre-burned I²C Bootloader.
• 12-bit DACs: Built-in 2 sets of 12-bit DACs.
• Compatibility: Compatible with M030G/M031G platforms, facilitating easier design and expansion.

The NuMicro M029G series consolidates a wide array of analog and digital peripheral functionalities into a compact IC. It boasts an 11-channel 12-bit ADC, 2 sets of 32-bit timers, 1 UART, 1 SPI, and supports up to 5 channels of PDMA to alleviate CPU workload. Additionally, it includes an internal reference voltage output of 2.5V.

Nuvoton provides NuMaker development boards and Nu-Link debuggers for development purposes. These tools support third-party IDEs such as KEIL MDK, IAR EWARM, and Eclipse IDE and integrate with the GNUGCC compiler.
