What are included in the Flash memory of the NuMirco™ series chips?  Issue Date:2015-04-23

The Flash memory in the NuMirco™ series chips at least includes four independent blocks:

  1. APROM: Stores user application program code;
  2. LDROM: Stores Nuvoton’s ISP code or user update code;
  3. Data Flash: It is an independent block which stores application dependent data, and reserves the data after powered off;
  4. User Configuration: Provides control related settings, such as Flash security lock, boot select, Data Flash base address and brown-out voltage level, and is loaded from flash memory to its corresponding control registers during chip powered on.
