What are the clock sources of Timer controller? Can user select the clock sources independently for each Timer controller? Issue Date:2015-02-10
The clock sources of Timer controller can be divided into internal and external sources of crystal and the number of the clock sources depends on each series of chips.
The supported external clock sources include 4-24 MHz, 32.768 kHz, and GPIO. The supported internal clock sources include system clock HCLK and internal RC of 22.1184 MHz (or 12 MHz).
User can select a different clock source for each Timer controller by setting the TMRx_S bit of CLKSEL1 register.
