The NuMicro® MS51XB9BE is an 1T-8051-based CMOS microcontroller, running at speeds up to 24 MHz. It features 16 KB of Flash Memory, 1 KB of SRAM, and 4 KB of loader ROM for in-system programming (ISP). This microcontroller is equipped with a wide range of peripherals, including 2 sets of UART, 1 set of I²C, 1 set of SPI, 18 GPIO pins, 8-channel 12-bit ADC, a watchdog timer, and 6-channel 16-bit PWM. The package is available in QFN20 (3.0 X 3.0 mm).
