Enclosed Ceiling Fan with Lights Solution

The product showcased in this exhibition uses the NM1244D as the core control unit for a ceiling fan with lights. This solution integrates multiple technologies, including AC/DC power converter, PMSM/BLDCM drive control, LED dimming, and AC sync. Motor-based fan louver control and Bluetooth Communication provide the ceiling fan with a light solution with enhanced functionality and flexibility. In the critical motor drive control architecture, we have adopted the NuMotor series NM1244 microcontroller, combined with an externally integrated three-phase 200V gate driver, to achieve an efficient and stable control and drive solution. This compact design not only saves PCBA size but also increases system reliability. The built-in OPA allows for 1-shunt SMO-based Sensorless FOC drive control, effectively reducing hardware costs and simplifying PCBA design. This integration of technology improves product performance and reliability while also ensuring greater durability. The compact and efficient design makes this ceiling fan with lights ideal for commercial and residential settings, offering practicality and high value for money.
